@ribtin someone else gave me that criticism today, and it's completely valid. the piece is so dry that at times it does indeed feel pretty real. When Chuck and Phil uploaded it, they left on the 48 Hour Film tags, and it lets folks know the origins of the project.

think the guy who played the host did a great job, the opening felt damn near authentic, as if its was on the travel channel or somethin.

My band in Sweden did the music! Thanks to Chuck and Phil for wanting to use it! I thought the film was awesome! I've been completely hooked on Extreme Foods and Anthony Bourdain all summer, so you definitely got the looks and the style of that type of show! Macabre and funny. "Uncle Fred on a plate"!

Next year, I don't care if we get "chick flick", it's got to be something that I can shoot and make look good. For the love of baby Jesus, I will invoke almighty Bava next year! If I fail, both Chuck and Phil can punch me in the dick... Everyone else, GREAT JOB!!!

whatever dude, any of the film's faults are just as much my fault as yours, i like both our films, but intervention needs a complete re-edit. only problem i have with this is audio at times. but fuck it, it looks like a travel channel show, which was our intention.
