I know that crossing, its at Wareham in Dorset. They have had so many near misses like this one, that they now have a Gatso style camera to photograph the miscreants. The other crossing users were waiting patiently, observing the red lights that would have been flashing. Its because of 'Darwin Award' contenders like this woman, that NR are closing level crossings, and repalcing them with overbridges/underpasses, at the taxpayers expense.

Yeah what close shave, I've crossed at level crossings where a just departing train would take a decent 20-30 seconds to reach where I am.
