Grandma Rose breaks eggs by slamming one breaker egg into the breakee egg. I could never do this myself. Starring Grandma Rose, Directed by Annie Lanzillotto, Cinematography by Audrey Kindred, Music by Church Bells of England, Farm sounds by Scaramooch and The Wind

  • I can't do it either

  • My dad grew up on a farm in Le Roy NY, pop. 5,000 and part of his morning chores was cleaning the henhouse and gathering the eggs. he ate about a dozen eggs for breakfast after completing all his chores. his mom taught him to wipe the interior of the shell with a finger to get a good deal of egg that would otherwise be thrown out. did your granny do that too? • My dad grew up in LeRoy, NY, a town of 5,000 people and the home of Jello brand gelatin. One of his morning chores was collecting eggs from the henhouse and after all the work he ate about a dozen henfruit a day! After cracking the eggshells and pouring out the yolk and albumen he was told to wipe his finger inside the shell to get even more eggwhite - wonder if your granny ever did this or if it was just a Russian thing? great meditation Annie! harley
