This is not Highest paved road, the highest paved road is in fact the karamkarom highway !!

@786Ykhan according to Wikipedia, the Karakoram Highway is only the highest paved international border crossing, at 15,397 feet, whereas the Ticlio road is the highest paved road, period, at 4818 meters, or almost 16,000 feet.
