    I tend to agree.

  • great vid. just a suggestion, but i see you work out biceps then back. Next time u should workout your bigger muscle group first then your small. Try back first when you are fresh. Since you stimulate your bicep while doing your back, regardless your biceps are being worked. But if you do biceps first, you wont be able to give your full potential while working your larger muscle. Good luck
