Artists of the 5 Lands Art Trail

Meet the twenty plus artist of the Central Coast NSW who are bravely opening their studios to visitors. To leave a comment, you must log in to youtube. It's worth doing.The filmmaker and artists value your feedback.

During all of 2012, the studios on the trail will be open on the third weekend of the month.

If artists are no able to open for some reason, it should be on the web site. So check the website before planning your visits.

Today was the first day of the trail. What to expect as we waited for visitors to the studio? No idea! Well, it went really well. The tall orange banners helped people find the house and, from ten am. there was a constant trickle all day. The big surprise was that my new etching press worked so well that I was able to demonstrate to each new group, making a print for each on the spot. This led to sales. 8, I think. Showing the movie was also good as a way to get folks onto the next studio

Thanks, Lynne. it's quite interesting the way the various works and environments compliment each other. Perhaps artists elsewhere will also present themselves collectively like this.
