Also included is a thank you message to Houston's Mayor Bill White, United States Congressman Al Green, Houston's District B City Councilman Jarvis Johnson, Attorney Sandra J. Peake, founder of Sandera J. Peake Attorney at Law, P. J. Matthews, founder of the Buffalo Soldiers National Museum, Ruama Camp, founder of Grace Community Services, Businessman Dan McKinney, Dr. Monica and Akili Graham, founders of Graham Time Family Physicians, and Craig Joseph, owner of This Is It Soul Food Restaurant. Taylor also thanks Reverend Marvin Sapp for writing "Never Would Have Made It" the feature song of this Black History Month video as voted by Houston Business Connections readers and supporters.
