o.O when i try to move the duplicated layer of the text it moves the background instead i checked to make sure i selected the duplicated layer but it still moves the background

@KawaiiIchigoDesu the thing with gimp is you have to make sure you click on the thing you want to move. you can't click anywhere on the screen.

@0W3N3DByMe you don't have to use the font I used. My computer came with the font already but I'm sure you could google bell mt bold and look for it

well this isn't a photoshop tutorial but you should be able to recreate it in photoshop. as for photoshop cs2 im not sure since i've only used cs4 but you can give it a try there's nothing too advanced in this tut.
