@Gairlochan Indeed. It's why I don't like football or sports in general. Sure, winning is a rush, but there's plenty of ways to win without stepping on on everyone else in the process.

@simmonstwopointzero , Didn't you know? Doing anything at all just for the pure joy of it … doing something for its intrinsic pleasure … is out of fashion in these increasingly competitive times. The best example is music, which should be a shared pleasure, whilst instead we get 'Battle of the Bands', 'American Idol' etc and musos regard each other as enemies and rivals. Same with everything else -- a great loss to our culture is the loss of the capacity of fun for fun's sake.

@scm6079 Ok. Thanks :). Not many single-rotor helis that can hover hands-off like the mSR hehe.
Did you make any modifications to get it to hover this stably?

@LMF5000 No modifications at all - but I did bind it to my DX7 and properly trimmed it.

hey, do you recommend getting this one or the SR 120 ?
QcWazabi 1 year ago
@QcWazabi That depends on where you intend to fly. If you will be doing any outdoor flying, I would pick up the 120sr instead. They fly similar, but the bigger size and additional authority of the 120 makes outside flying possible. The mSR is better suited to flying inside, and the small size lets you do more maneuvers in a tight space, which makes it more fun inside.

I can't fine tune mine. Instruction manual didn't help.

@onemon22 What are you trying to fine tune specifically? If you only have the "RTF" radio, there isn't a lot of adjustment you can do. If you are binding from a DX6/DX7 you have allot more setup options including expo and throw limits. Without one of those, you'll be stuck with only midpoint adjustments (helpful) and swash throw adjustments (also helpful) - but no significant tuning capabilities.
