Especially this time of year... Thoughts of this once great park now long gone actually make me tear up and get emotional. I grew up right near the park and I just about lived there every summer. I get so sad now... This park being gone is like a gaping wound to this state. I only can dream that some day it could make a triumphant return... If only in a dream...
