ahh i see having several plastic bags would be good...mayby i should invent a bag for deep water soloing...make a million or two lol ;)

You don't, there is no way to get the chalk accessible to your hand AND water proof.

But some Bulgarian climber (they have decent DW on the black sea) told me serious climbers use plastic chalk bags (no fur inside, kind of some canyon gear), filled with minimal amount of chalk and bring several of them to dry one up while using the others.

Or you can become my hero by developing a method to close the bag on the way to the water ;)
