Basically you need flour, egg, cabbage, water, and whatever you want to add. I put shrimp and bacon... I think Okonomiyaki tastes good with shrimp. what kind of cabbage did you used ? a japanese friend of me says it's impossible to found the real japanese cabbage for Okonomiyaki in France, i can have bonito flakes, dashi and other stuff ...

Hi. I only know one type.... sort of... I think in the US it's the same type of cabbege as the one in Japan.... maybe.... Are there a lot of Japanese grocery stores in France???
