wow another vikings fan thats been watching his team get his ass kicked by the packers every year. when we had brett you hated him and dont deny it cause youd look like the dumbass you are. I have much respect for brett even though hes a viking. Aaron Rodgers is not a and never will be a Brett Favre but he'll be better than any quarter back you guys get after brett and then you can go back to kissing Green Bay's ass again like you have the last 50 years you sore ass vikings fan

You know I'm getting mighty tired of all you "packer fans" that sit there and just trash Favre. "He quit on us" I've heard that a million times already. No one said anything in 2008 when he went to the Jets, it was all "I wish we still had Favre" But just because he went to Minnesota everyone hates him now.

I really don't care he plays for the team I hate the most, 1 or 2 years is not the 16 years I lived watching him in a green and gold uniform.

and NO Rodgers is not better than him.

when brett left the pack i was like its gonna be a while when we win a superbowl by the way i never watched rodgers play till he got the starting qb job and i knew this guy is gonna take us to a super bowl in a few years

As a Vikings fan I was also a Brett Favre fan. We had to deal with Brett Favre killing us for many years but even during that time I still respected him. He has the virtues and drive that most NFL players can't dream about. We didn't hate Brett, he was just a worthy opponent. Adding Brett Favre to our roster this year was a privilege to us Vikings. Even though Green Bay fans may shun him, we will always hold Brett close to our hearts.

i dont know if you could say that. rodgers first two years are way better than favres, im not suggesting he will be better overall..but rodgers is playing at a higher level, he leads qbs in rushing tds/yards and leads an effective passing game

I wonder what jersey he will retire in...Oh wait, the green and gold. How's that vikings trophy case looking, I see a couple nfc championships but Super Bowl trophies seem to be missing. Green bay has plenty, we could probably loan you some...

no. i think both teams are right. the vikings bought a potential championship piece and green bay wants to build on their young talent. and minnesota was flat out the better team so thats why we lost. not brett
