Andy...where do you get access these days.? A couple of months ago I found a fence preventing access from the Poland Avenue end...did you come up from Esplanade, or did you come through at the train tracks at NOCCA? Any standing water on top of the levee..saw some there last time they opened the spillway a few years ago. Catch you soon.
