I do agree that every generation has thought themselve to see or believe the coming of the lord is near.
but we both can say and agree this one thing.. it is nearer today then it was yesterday,

Every generation has thought themselves to be the one Jesus would return in. What people need to do is be ready for when Jesus takes each individual, for which no man knows the day or hour.

We ARE the last generation. God is lifting His hand of protection from the earth and is going to allow a "great evil" to come. During this time, God will also pour out His Spirit on all those whom He has prepared to minister in these latter days. Those who have "forsaken all" to follow Him. Great signs and wonders will increase as the evil increases and Christ will return just before man destroys himself, to take His bride from the Wrath to come.

I thought that Jesus said that He would return in the generation when Israel became a nation again.. if a Biblical generation is 70 to 80 years and Israel became a nation in 1948, I thought that Jesus absolutly had to return by 2028 at the very latest....

I agree I think the Lord is coming very soon, that this world will not last till the 30's and 40's.
