Not that far, depends on how you measure time. They say by 2020 they'll have hardwear small enough to power cpus fast enough to have AI and the softwear to programme will be able to learn and adapt it's not that far off and if not by 2020 with in the next 100 years easy very easy rate of technology doubles and we progress faster who knows what will happen in the future now.
