After all that crazy stuff in P&S, this, being the ending song, makes the balance - an unconscious whisper to the viewers that would suggest all those insanity may in fact have a reason behind it and is not just some bullcrap show trying to be cool. This song connects the effed up P&S world to our real one. :D

When producing videos, movies, etc. a good creater will sometimes introduce music that is completly off-beat with the rest of the show, or what is happening in the scene. Tjis wakes the viewer up and view the scene better. It's the whole "playing inappropriate music" thing
