O L M! is the best film ever made.Lindsay Anderson was a genius. There is no other film quite like it. It is truly epic in scope. It is poetic but not whimsical, romantic not sentimental, critical but not cynical. It perfectly captures the times in which it was made: between '60's optimism and the abandonment of hope at the end of the '70s. It continues to speak to us today.
