The Dalek up there is talking absolute crap. Believe me, if you've got sunburn itch, putting on lotion is only going to make it 100 times worse. The only relief is a HOT shower and a bit of time. Only thing she's correct about is drinking water. Not because it's cool as she claims but because it rehydrates your body.
She should be punched in the face for the lotion and cool bath advice. Anyone who's had the Itch From Hell will tell you that it's the worst advice possible.
