In this week's video, Michael Boldin talks about Louisiana becoming the 7th state to have both legislative houses pass a resolution affirming the 10th amendment and news of Arizona putting a measure to nullify federal health care programs on the 2010 ballot.
@jameskguy
seriosly in my state there were 11 who voted in favor of NOT having the freedom to opt out VS 26 or so who voted for FREEDOM. I dont understand who the hell votes to have less freedom?
One question for you guys: If a state passes any such resolutions are they final? Or do they have to go up to the Supreme Court or feds? I dont remember cause civics class was in middle school.

The Senate passed the Democrat's health care bill for debate yesterday. I really can't see how ANY senator could vote on something that is so CLEARLY outside of the federal government's powers... mandated medical care! I hope those 38 democrats and 2 independentws get voted out of office! And any Republicans that are considering to vote for a health care bill. What happened to our country?
