i like the way they adoped gary neville's song for owen about hating scousers, i don't mind that i find it funny. infact any relation to his liverpool past is part of the deal. but it's hardly creative genius chanting when some (not all of course) are calling a player who's scoring a hat trick for your delapedated injury hit team away in europe a twat.

These boys travel far and wide to see united and come out with some genius chants, for you to tell them it's not right and needs to be stopped. United fans LOVE the fact Michael Owen is at Old Trafford.

michael owen was born in chester so he's not even scouse, he's about as scouse as pepe reina. united have a great club with lots of history and foundations, but calling your own player a twat when he's on the verge of a hat trick to seal a win that wasn't on the cards is beyond my reasoning. it's a shame, because they traveled the miles to see them so they're not bad fans. just stupid sometimes i guess. lets hope owen carries on this form in all comps. a great player like him should score.
