@MiXueLe Wow that sucks my mom did the same thing with my guitar back in 05 she bought me a 1/2 size plastic 1 as well i never been so pissed. I most recently got a violin a Franz Hoffman etude violin its pretty good, but wow i can see why she would be pissed or shocked lol. Mine had the same problem plastic strings it was a guitar shaped object face-palm -_-"

That is freakin' hilarious! A friend of mine, who's a pretty hard-core chick (practically goth in taste), really wanted an electric guitar. For Christmas, her parents bought her, in all seriousness, a (plastic) classical half-size guitar... from Sears. I play acoustic, so I tried to help her out. It was the worst thing ever. Plastic strings, for god's sake!
