As the person who filmed this event. I would like to say that although Andrew may appear to be a conspiracy theorist, he still was accosted by the police after Senator Kerry said he wanted to hear the question. If Accent Speakers Bureau had allowed all those standing in line to ask questions, this never would have happened. Unless of course the police would have stepped in anyway. And even if one would argue that he is "disturbing the peace" at this forum where he was SUPPOSED to ask his question, the 8th amendment is supposed to protect him from unreasonable punishment. Those police/security officers were out of line and used excessive force.

why was he fighting cops if he didn't want to be tased? Also, he wasn't "tassed", but drive stunned on the shoulder in order to cuff him. they held him for almost a minute saying "sir, quit fighting or we'll use the taser" multiple times. You act as if they just grabbed him, threw him down & taseed him with no chance to avoid it. You actually justified the "inciting a riot" charge, because Meyer's out of control reaction to being ejected is what makes it look like they're doing something to him.

Thats probably not how it went. You can hear more than '2 or 3' people screaming during the tazing. It is likely that even those who wanted him removed didn't want him to be tazed.
