The only Christmas Song my Boyfrind liked, and he died on 26.12.11, was only 41 years old... So I still love this song too, always made me sad. but now it`s much sader than it was

NPG/PRN should be smart enough to realize that these songs are like ads for his current stuff. I know they don't want to lose any sales- I can respect that but people who don't know his genius will hopefully listen...truly listen...might go out and buy his new cds/downloads BECAUSE they heard this. Original members of the "Rude Boy", clubs like myself are willing to pay to download great memories like this that we once had on 45's and 12inch records that have been lost/damaged over the years.

I am a big fan of Prince's music circa late 70s to mid 1980s as well as the entire Minneapolis clique (Sheila E, The Time, Vanity 6, The Family, just to name a few). This happens to be my favorite Prince song on so many creative and emotional levels! This song was performed so flawlessly that it did'nt need to be on a album. I wish it was released as a stand alone single.
