I was in camp today and we tried for 2, and almost no one could do even THAT, so I decided to try it. I grabbed 2 and on the first try in 2 seconds I stacked them :D I wasn't able to go to 3 though since one of the other campers who couldn't even stack 2 knocked it over in frustration... that little shit :/
