I don't need to look him up: I've been listening to Carlin for decades. I am sure Carlin said worse things, but your comment offered a specific example, and that is what I responded to. I didn't say Carlin was never offensive; I said the comment you quoted (i.e, invisible man in the sky) is not offensive. I can think of 4 really offensive Carlin jokes right now, no looking him up, but so what? I responded to your specific quote, which is not offensive unless you follow the invisible sky man.
