@MrEscapeTheFate01 : study have shown ~ 90% pulmonary functional recovery after 15 years of healthy life style change. Including exercise, healthy diet, correct sleeping schedule, and most importantly no cigarette (first hand or second hand). Smoking is not worth it, all it does is enslave you. Quite while you still can, get friends to help you to break free.
