Dr. Michael Shermer is the founder of Skeptic Magazine as well as author of "The Science of Good & Evil", Why People Believe Weird Things", "Why Dawkins Matters", and many other great works.

At The Amazing Meeting 3 Shermer gave a great presentation and spoke about his then new book "Science Friction".

  • Why is Michael Shermer 4/5 (The Amazing Meeting 3 not posted?

  • @colourmegone Thank you, it was very interesting but I'd still like to see Part 4 of Mr Shermer's lecture.

  • @blahblahhuh1 google "gender differences in receptivity hatfield clark"

  • @colourmegone the actual study as published in the JPHS can be easily found online - just google "Gender differences in receptivity". the first result should be on elaine hatfield's website - one of the two authors of the article.

  • Why can't I find Part 4?

  • @dojohansen we're out there....we just arent allowed to succeed unless we keep our mouths shut.....if only it were the same for everyone else.

  • I can't find Michael Shermer 4/5 (The Amazing Meeting 3). It would seem as if its missing.

  • I have too many books on my "Have to read" list and I'm not sure when I'll get up to reading Michael Shermer's book, but I'm curious about that study because the graph showed a significant difference (the under-statement of this video's posting history) between the two sexes.

Myself, and I'm betting a whole lot of other people (3,541at this point being the maximum), would really appreciate it if someone took the time and posted a comment about what were the second and third questions. Thank you.

  • what happened to the blue and red survey graph??!??
