i love grant dearly, but i always remember him saying around the end of the nineties that the next decade would have more of a 'chilled-out, pastoral feel' to it....

grant morrison is freakin awesome. my only problem with final crisis was whem it was over i wanted more, i really wished it was like 12 issues. it was a fantastic story. i feel that with dc comics i get more bang for my buck while marvel books seem so cliched and boring.

while i love some of the marvel charactors DC can pull off darker story lines but marle zombies is a really good story but marvel zombies 3 is a little lame

I don't know why people thought Final Crisis was so hard to follow. I thought it was pretty straightforward.
Darkseid turns everyone into zombies and tries to remake the world in his own image.
His meddling destablizes the multiverse and allows an even worse Big Bad slip through the cracks and wreak havoc.
The heroes have to band togoether and stop both threats. Batman takes care of Darkseid whilst SUpes takes out the Vampire guy.
Pretty simple.
