For the record, yes this is infact a knife intended for divers in the event you're attacked by a predator, as a burst of Co2 underwater while stabbed into something will cause a freezing efffect inside the would.
Also for everyone asking you can usually buy then in most large sporting good stores or places that sell scuba equipment.

@Psychoticilluzions No, I watched that before I saw Bang from Law and Order: SVU. I think this was on the list of toughest blades where the katana was number one, I'm not sure, but it was cool when the guy injected the CO2 into the other guy during the fight.
