@marshallmadman .... It is not just Akira. Read some posts on an Yngwie video. People bash him unfairly too (when they could not hold a candle to his playing ability). I am starting to wonder if some of us just have a hard time accepting that the best guitarists in the world might come from, well the world and not just the US. LOL, I had someone try to tell me Vai is overrated. That's like calling a filet mignon a McBurger. Boo-urns.

@Novaheart1998 .... You think this guy sounds like Eddie? Maybe one of his influences, but there are CLEAR distinctions between the two styles. And I could counter with the assertion that what Eddie did sounded great the first time around when Randy Rhoads did it. Or Jimmy Page. Or Eric Clapton. Or Ritchie Blackmore. Or Frank Zappa. Or John Sykes.
