Back To The Start - Jariana Love Story (Part 3: Barbie Mobile)

"No thanks Mr. Morton." "Please, call me Frank."
Jackie heard as she made her way around the corner into the kitchen. As she walked in, two heads turned to her. Her dad's, and a mystery boy. She looked at both of them, as she went to sit down. "Um, hi.."
"Jackie, this is Logan. Logan Lerman. He's the boy you saw last night that I told you about." Jackie nodded her head as she stuffed pancakes in her mouth, her dad had on the table for her. She tilted her head back and put syrup in her mouth. "Oh, yeah." She said, with her mouth full. "Jackie! That's disgusting. Eat like a girl and be polite." Her father said. Jackie just rolled her eyes and turned to Logan. "Hi." She swallowed and watched him extend his hand out to shake hers. "Nice to meet you." He smiled. Jackie faked a smiled and shook his hand. She turned around to finish eating.

"Jackie, Logan is going to take you to school and show you around since you guys are in the same grade and all. It might be nice knowing someone." "I was just going to take the bus. I think I can handle my self. " She said with an attitude. Her dad always treated her like a baby and she hated it. "Excuse me, young lady." She rolled her eyes and kissed her dad on the cheek, fitting the last bit of pancake into her mouth. She grabbed her backpack. "See you later dad." She made her way towards the door. "Let's go." She said to Logan un amused."

"So, where's your car?" Jackie said, standing on her lawn with her arms crossed. Logan smirked and took his keys out of his pocket, pointing them to his car. "Right over there." He pressed the button to unlock his car and made his way over to it. Jackie's mouth dropped open as she stood there in shock. Logan opened the back door and threw his bag in. "You have a porsh?!" She yelled. Logan chuckled and opened the passenger door for Jackie. "Yup. So, are you getting in?" "Hell yes!" She said as she ran over there. Before getting in the car she placed her hand on his shoulder and looked at him. "I think you and I could be very good friends." She stepped into the car, and threw her backpack in the back seat. Logan chuckled once more and closed the door behind her.

As Logan was making his way around his car, Jackie noticed a pink mustang pull up in front of the house across the street. She saw the girl in the car fix her make-up in the mirror and honk the horn a million times. Jackie chuckled to herself and had pity for whoever had to deal with that hot mess. Logan got in the car started it up. "Ready?" He asked her. Jackie took a deep breath and nodded her head. "I think." He smiled at her and drove away.

As they pulled away a boy walked out of his house and stopped in his tracks as he saw the pink mustang sitting in front of his house. He grunted and rolled his eyes, placing his hands in front of his face. He dropped his hands and walked over to the person sitting in the drivers seat. She rolled down the window and she smiled brightly. "What are you waiting for?" She said, sweetly. "Baby! I am NOT. And let me repeat this.. NOT. N-O-T. NOT. Driving to school in this.." he paused and looked at the car one more time then back at her.. ".. in this Barbie mobile with you!" The girl, who was his girlfriend, made a sour face and crossed her arms. "Why not?!" The guy threw his hands in the air. "Why not?! WHY NOT?! Because it's pink!" He said frustrated.

His girlfriend turned her head away, mad at him. He sighed and looked around for a second and let himself cool down. "I'm sorry, babe." She turned her face towards as her sour puss on her face, became a smile. "Okay, baby I forgive you!" She kissed his lips, passionately and then blasted "Barbie Girl." "See you at school!" She yelled, before driving off. The guy grunted once more and rolled his eyes. He walked over to his car which was a black hummer, and unlocked the door. He got in and buckled his seat belt. He looked into the car mirror and smirked. "I look hot. My girlfriend is hot. Today is going to be a good day."
