@eetmyfuk as i have already clarified on another comment, i wasn't referring to this video, i was referring to another persons comment. He was asking people to check out his cover, and people were giving him a thumbs down, but i stated that he did a good cover (he did, check out his video. his username is kevstew or something like that). I know that this isn't a cover. I'm quite familiar with necrophagist's music and lineups.

what i really like about necrophagist solos is that most of their solos try to escape from the strong beats and are really well rhythmicly constructed unlike most of the shredders who only do arpeggios up and down. i think this is the biggest lesson this band can give us. technique is important but the objective of a technique is to create music and showing off practicing exercises isn't music at all.
