@Konkaver A couple went to a restaurant and ordered seafood pasta. They asked for grated cheese over the dish (traditionally cheese and seafood are a no-no). The chef refused and demanded to know who would even think of mixing cheese and seafood. When he found out the diner was Jaques Pepin, he started grating.
Moral of the story: Jaques Pepin does what he wants.

It REALLY annoys me when people boil thier lobster with the elastic bands on!!! ESPECIALLY so called chefs!! Seriously!?!? You handle lobsters all the time and your SCARED of the pinchers???!!!? I handle lobster once a month maybe and I'm not scared, if you boil lobster with the elastic band on, I automatically think your shit.

My first Bourguignon was VERYT WINEY, so was my second. Hope this helps. AB isn't exactly a master chef, but he has good tips here. Wish he would stop kissing that Mexican dude's ass so much, poor guy's asshole must be chafed.
Just made beef bourgignion for mom tonight for mother's day. Despite me flubbing a few steps she liked it! Thanks Tony and thanks kumquatsta for the upload!
