Collograph is a simple inexpensive form of printmaking using cardboard. In my classroom its a great way to introduce printmaking to 1st and 2nd graders and can be fun for older kids too!

  • This a very simple collagraph for kids. There are some more advance ways to do this with wood instead of cardboard.

  • Great - brilliant explanation. Thank you

  • I GET it now. Thank you!

  • @sayali160 It can be simple, there are vaiouse other ways of collograph printing - so there is no need for name calling.

  • Nice ^)

  • @blackbeltbrown Pablo Picasso used Collograph Printing, so I think that answers your question.

  • thnx u made it sooo easy!!!!!

  • Great, but you need to put the paint on in one area of the table, then move it to a "clean" part of the table when printing, so you don't get paint from the table on your print.

  • is collagraphy just for kids? or can professional artists do it as well?

  • Amazing!!!!!
