Make a miniature rug on the sewing machine with thread painting which mimics Russian needlepunch. Variegated threads give a lovely blended look similar to wool hooked rugs. The threads used are YLI cotton machine quilting threads. Part 2

  • I have always wanted to know how to do this, and your video is brillant I will be an expert in no time thanks

  • @debbieLabonte even if cross stitch was easier - after I discovered the sewing machine I will NEVER go back to hand-anything! I can finish 50 60"x60" projects in the time it took to do ONE 5" x 7" cross stitch lol - Terry, keep on rockin it girl this is awe-inspiring!

  • crosstitching would be much easier

  • this would confuse me way to much..

  • Fascinating

  • I think she just threaded it as if she were going to use a twin needle, but only threaded the threads through one needle. Also, I believe she used two threads for color depth.

  • Can this be done on cotton fabric? Thanks

  • is it necessary to use a twin needle? Your work is fabulous...Thanks

  • As a beginner I would like to know what your background pieces are, step by step. The rest is very well taught and shown. Thank you
