So we had some typical elements here:
1. Assertion of unity of ALL muslims against ANYTHING the troubles Islamic aims.
2. Unfair generalization from a decision in ONE democracy to a principle about democracies in general, as though minarets were banned in all democracies.
3. And then a playful enjoyment of some threats.
It is flexibility of democracies that exposes them to these attacks: We cannot bribe an Islamic state with cultural concessions so easily, because it falls back on qu'ranic rule
