@ImKavkazy Yes, and in any case to go there in 1948 would be to go voluntarily to Stalin's Russia, where foreigners stood in great risk of being sent to the Gulag--just for starters. "No one was told of this plan" because it was untenable. Also it would have been up to Truman and Churchill and the UN to put the plan to Stalin, and they didn't. By then the Cold War was on. She has never bothered to investigate what the "political impediments" were, even supposing the obvious isn't obvious.

Her whole Birobidjan thing falls apart right there and absolutely nobody has called her on it. Maybe she thinks Stalin's Russia was run by Jews so that it would have been peachy for them to go there. That shows what the level of her historico-political awareness is.
