Remembrance of the Daleks also had a higher voice. I can't figure out what configuration they used for it. For example the Black Dalek's last scene.

@Agui007 Trouble is, without having a nasty testicular accident, I'm not capable of doing a higher voice! As demonstrated my Maker Faire 2011 videos, some people's voices work better with different frequencies. The Daleks Masterplan frequency works better with children and female voices. That said, there was a 6 year old girl who could do the New Paradigm/Supreme Daleks voice better than I can!
