how to make one of the best swords in oblivion

@xMarshall94 yeah but a staff has the accuracy of the player and being that some cannot aim while being mauled by monsters i say a sword is way better on keeping the enemies away

No offense dude, but I've made better. Elemental boosts are nice, but they tend to lose their appeal when playing at higher difficulty. That and alot of your NPC types have a strength or even immunity against the elements of Fire and Frost, reducing the effectiveness of your sword by 2/3. Now if you have a necromancer inclined character, I would suggest taking your element idea (namely shock) with soul trap. With this little combo you can keep your weapon constantly charged.

The Decimator: Glass Bow + Grand Black Soul Gem + Soul Trap + 100% Weakness to Magic + Disintegrate Armor 10pts + 10 Fire Dmg + 10 Frost Dmg + 10 Shock Dmg. There you go, kills most anything with 1 - 2 arrows. Course I use ebony arrows and am master marksman and sneak. Course I maxed my character cuz I got really annoyed when my legit game saves got corrupted so now I'm just trying to rush the game so I can get through it finally! LoL! Nice try though.

i have an ebony sword that deals 22 fire 24 shock and 9 frost and i am only level 20

@Dewani90 yeah i prefer swords too but that sword that hes made is pretty boring. Id rather get umbra and go mental with that around the imp city
