This is a commission for riokusuba, here on YouTube. Obviously its a work in progress, but just showing it off. I really liked how the jaw movement turned out on this one. The range of the movement will be slightly limited once the fur is added, but for the most part, this mask is already completed with ears, hood and fur attached. ^_^

  • i am a furry and you sparked my awesome creations! You Rock!!!!

SugarPoultry,FurryEcho, and the Beastcub are my inspirations.

  • @LionPawCreations I'm not a furry, FYI, but I appreciate the compliment. However, I don't make masks anymore. :(

  • how have you attached it to your jaw? I know its hinged but what's keeping it stuck to your chin?

  • @OnAngelWings The hinges are hot glued onto the mask, the lower jaw just sits against and under my jaw, making it move when mine moves.

  • @sugarpoultry I get that, but do you have a piece of elastic against your chin or is the mask tight enough that it stays in place? Tricky to explain my question lol, i guess i could also try: what stops the jaw from just falling open? Thanks :)

  • @OnAngelWings There's a piece of elastic around my head, connected to the mask, that's tight enough to hold everything on. That's about it. My jaws have never just fallen open, they've always been snug against my head.

  • @pick1e123 Well, first I'm not a furry, I just well, work for em'. ;) And second, to get you started on the resin masks, look up Qarrezel on deviantart. She has a tutorial for resin casting (same that I follow) that should point you in the right direction.
