Very educational, good form, this lady knows her stuff! Note how she held the sheet in the left hand while she guided the sheet onto the winch with her right hand thereby avoiding getting her fingers caught in the line on the winch not to mention the part about her hair. Women have been badly injured sailing when their hair got caught in the winch! This usually means they lost control of the sheet in the winch. This goes for guys with long hair too.
