  • Is there a difference between the model numbers?

  • I've found three (?) models of this grain mill on Amazon.com. There is a KGM, a GMA, and a KGMA. Nowhere can I find what the difference is. Does it matter? I have a Kitchenaid Artisan stand mixer, model # KSM150PS0B

  • @erikaakire09 Now you have to buy your Mom Kitchenaid's 56 oz. Blender for $99. I can take coconut and blend it into coconut milk within seconds. Does she make her own coconut oil? Blended drinks. Other blenders will burn out before this blender does.

  • @erikaakire09 Thanks for the response. My family is from Honduras, and so the food is basically the same. Thanks for the half off on Kitchenaid. My family always had a kitchenaid stand mixer since the 60's. Mine is over 20 years old is still works like it's the first day, so you're right Kitchenaid is a great investment. Especially in Central America, where it hard to find specialize repair for appliances. I bet your Mom loves you. You are special.

  • @12quillemall5321 yes you can grind dried corn, i buy a bowl lift stand mixer to my mom including the grain mill and sausage stuffer. she lives in mexico and so she is very happy because know she makes fresh tortillas and choriso. you may say that the stand mixer is expensive but it pays off.i recommend you to buy it. make sure you go online to kitchen aid OUTLET its 50% off, also is a lot cheaper to buy the attachments at ones for the shipping save you a lot of money and time

  • Can you grind dried corn that's been soaked in lye solution? My family prefers homemade tortillas, and masa.

  • I grind my grain by hand. It's okay, but when I'm tired, this may be an option.
