I am not sure of the movie, but I know that BOB RANDALL wrote the song "My Brown Skin Baby They Take Him Away" Bob was just the BEST and when he played the song to me in the late 1970's it took my breath away with it's sadness and simple beauty.

whats the movie about an aborigine 18 year old who gets pregnant by a white austrailian and she takes poison bread to abort her baby it was from the late 70's or 80's. I was so young when i saw it and it has that song call "my brown skin baby they go take a him away" in it.
