Defusing....temporary insain.....now why don't u tell the part why the parent is been called to school, and then you say there is way to get out of that, this sounds like you are trying to manipulate the mind of the parent to get out of that...

@muneko77 Appreciate your response. This is just a segment of the video and it explains more in detail in the entire presentation. However, this video is not in your own words "to get out of that," but rather this video is a technique to hear the concerns of the parent. When the parent or anyone feels heard then most people will defuse and then be in a better place to resolve the conflict.
