These people SHOULD read their contracts before signing a 15 or 30 year mortgage deal, sorry they made their beds, lie in it!

-MERS is a criminal operation, but also- 'speculators' "flipping-houses" in a frenzy were a huge part of problem (-should have been required to pay 50%-Dwn.Pmt.), -their greed drove-up prices, causing legitimate house-buyers (sole-property live-in) to pay an artificially inflated-price! Thus, Foreclosure-court Judges need take far more lenient view of legitimate Sole/home-buyers that paid a substantial down-payment, but became impacted by downturn of the economy and resulting loss of income..!!

Mortgage companies or not, people need to learn to take care of their money. Double and triple check everything that happens with your money. I have found out a couple of times that a waiter added extra tip to the credit card bill. Be smart people, always triple check anything financial!

I'm sorry but you have got to be an idiot if you even consider applying for a quarter million loan knowing you only bring home $1,600 a month I mean how could she even think she could afford it?
