@Tspider4 True, viruses who may use you machine is what could be called dangerous .

@Tspider4 Trojan horses is the real problem, and are very common when downloading files via. p2p, because there is always someone who wants to throw a little something along on the ride. Though they could throw a virus on, but they would disguise it, and that is called a Trojan horse. The horse would look like a normal program to your anti malware, and would first be able to detect it when you have downloaded it.

1) A virus is not made with malware, malware is the defenition for bad software. Virusses are made with usual program software
2) More than 95% of all virusses is spread through downloads
3) Only virusses kids make in highschool cause BSOD's and Shutdowns, those aren't "really bad virusses". Bad virusses infect your pc with keyloggers, rootkits or use your computer for illegal activities
