I tried improving my eyesight a few years ago. My eyes looked healthier and I stopped wearing glasses but my eyesight didn't actually improve much if at all, I simply realised I that I could do without them more. It was good for that but whether it could give a person normal vision again, I don't know.

It seems to have worked for Mr Schneider.

@lazydaisy1980 Try an additional resource. I found the book "Better Vision Now" by Clara A. Hackett helpful. It gives a better understanding and additional techniques on this method, with step-by-step training for better vision. It's more structured and varied than this short video.

@AlwaysBe5 I tried these exercises out, it worked initially but now since the past 3 months i am not seeing any progress.. its stuck... have anyone of u experienced the same difficulty?????

@lazydaisy1980 It works for all number, even the almost blind (like he was). You are much better off than he was back then.

@2007mesparza Hi, my response is late but I hope it helps. I have done a bit of research about this and found this wonderful book "Better Vision Now: Improving your eyes with the renowned Bates method." It explains very clearly the methods and steps it takes for natural eye improvement. There's a whole section on "Step-by-step for Cataract." It takes the effort to produce the goods.
