Maker Faire 2010

Exploring the sunken wreck of the Japanese cruiser Haguro at Maker Faire 2010 with my spiffy new RC Hero waterproof/bulletproof video camera. We fought 8 sorties on Saturday, one every hour. It was BUSY! The Haguro herself was sunk 4 times on Saturday, but despite that managed to fight in every single sortie that day. that's a pretty impressive feat.

oh yah, and why is  there a cannon under the deck? is that legal?

@nolifewithoutrc10 Those "cannons" under the deck are "torpedo" cannons, mounted in the correct scale position. That's where they were on the real ship, so that's where they go on the model.

@nolifewithoutrc10 I would highly recommend you look up the RC Naval Combat website. You will get much better help there than I can possibly provide in under 500 characters here.

lol, has anyone made a working submarine that shoots? It would be epic to sneak up on unsuspecting ships and put a few holes in its hull.

@JamesL510 Yes, I have seen four different armed RC combat subs. They are extremely difficult to build and battle, so very few people even attempt to build one.
