Fran Drescher in perhaps the greatest ever scene from The Nanny series.

The Nanny is said to be one of the ultimate shows for pantyhose, but I never thought so. It seems that she mostly wore opaque, black tights with gaudy tops - not my idea of the sexy sophisticate (or "business-sexy") look. This scene, with the tightly-buttoned, shoulder-padded uniform jacket over a tight, black miniskirt, sheer black pantyhose and sleek pumps was an exception.
